These terms govern your use of edukokids.com and any product you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. The site is operated by Abhishek Kumar (Sole Proprietor), House / Street, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834001, India.

1. What we sell

We sell digital products: downloadable PDF worksheet packs. Nothing physical is shipped. Product descriptions and page counts on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

2. Placing an order

An order is complete when your payment is confirmed by our payment processor. We will then make the files available to you on the confirmation page and by email. If payment fails, no order is created and you are not charged.

3. Licence to use our products

When you buy a pack, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• download and store the files for your own use
• print unlimited copies for the children in your own household

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or republish the files or any part of them, whether free or for payment. You may not claim authorship of the material. Teachers and institutions wanting classroom or multi-family use should email us for a separate licence.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our products — designs, illustrations, layout and text — is our original work and remains our property. Buying a pack gives you the licence described above, not ownership of the content.

5. Download links

Download links are valid for seven days and a limited number of downloads. This is to prevent links being shared publicly. If your link expires or stops working, email us and we will issue a new one at no cost.

6. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in full on the refunds and cancellations page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Pricing and availability

We may change prices or withdraw products at any time. Changes never affect an order already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

8. Limitation of liability

Our products are educational materials provided as they are. We do not guarantee any particular learning outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with the site, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand.
