This policy explains what personal information Eduko Kids collects, why, and what we do with it. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, email address and mobile number, which you enter at checkout. We need these to deliver your download and to help you if something goes wrong.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see, receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank credentials. We only receive a payment reference and whether the payment succeeded.
• Usage data — standard analytics such as which pages were visited, from what kind of device, and which advertisement brought you here.

Why we collect it

To deliver what you bought, to provide support, to keep records required for tax and accounting, and to understand which of our advertisements work.

Advertising and cookies

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and use the Meta Pixel on this site. It sets cookies that let us measure whether an advertisement led to a purchase, and to avoid showing ads to people who have already bought. You can control this through your browser settings and through your Facebook ad preferences.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who need it to make the site work:

• Razorpay — payment processing
• Cloudflare — website hosting and file delivery
• Meta — advertising measurement

We do not sell your personal information to anybody, and we do not share your email address or phone number with other businesses.

Marketing messages

We may email or message you about new packs. Every message includes a way to stop them, and we act on that immediately.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. If you ask us to delete your details, we will remove everything we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@edukokids.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Download links are individual, time-limited and use-limited. Payment data never touches our servers.

Children

Our products are for children, but our customers are adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
